To enter your side in the tournament:

Enter your players details. Ensure the “Link Club” button is used to link the player to their club. To do this, click the link on the entry form “Link Club”, enter the club name in the search box and press search.
Click on the “select” button when the club comes up.
Enter the details for 3 to 5 players and click “next” at the bottom of the page.
Select the player who will be your team’s main contact person.
Enter a Team name. You can select any team name you like but do not use slang, swear or derogatory terms or your entry will be void.
Fees are payable in cash on the day of play. $75.00 per team.
Check your details and select “confirm terms and conditions” to Yes then “confirm and submit”.
